8 vacations a year and a Ferrari on the drive…

Is that a title to get you dreaming, do you start seeing the pictures in your mind of the destinations you could be travelling to, the sun, beaches and exotic parts of the world all within your grasp. Then you wake up and it remains just a dream, well I’ve got news for you it does not have to be this way!


Affiliate marketing provides this and more to some of the most famous names on-line, and they are just human beings like you. So what is the difference? quite simply they took those self same dreams, turned them into goals and made it happen and any one can do the same.

All  right reality time and a step back for one second, “yes” it can happen for you, but it does not come to you if you wait for it to happen “no” you need to make it happen. So how is this possible?

Unfortunately, nothing more than hard work, focus and dedication can provide this lifestyle. I’m sorry but contrary to those hyped up sales letters and reports there is no substitute for working hard, affiliate marketing can be rewarding but is not easy!

So are you deterred? don’t be, don’t fall at the first hurdle be confident and have a never say die attitude and you can see this through and change your life forever.

So what practical steps do you need to take:-

1. You need to know what niche area you want to concentrate your efforts upon.
2. You need to select products to promote.
3. You need to choose a profitable product with plenty of support for it’s affiliates, to make your job of promoting easier.
4. You need to have a website, “yes” although some would suggest otherwise you need a website if you are truly serious about build a solid business with foundations.
5. You need to have a marketing plan, will you use a squeeze page or a review site, or possibly have a blog and use social sites like squidoo and hub pages.
6. You will also need to consider the use of a auto responder, free products for incentives and follow up emails and more…

This is not meant to be a comprehensive list, and it’s true that for all the points raised above there could be sub headings under each one with other key information. However the purpose of the above is not to make it so daunting that you turn and run, but illustrates the most important observations of all!

Those are, 1) You need to be serious and dedicated to the whole process and 2) and more importantly before you begin you need to get your self an education, so whatever else you need to attach your colours to a flag and run with that information  

Dreams and goals are OK, but stop just dreaming about them and start living them.
